Shipping:
We currently ship to Canada and the US but if you live outside of these countries, contact us and we'll add your location to the list.
Shipping costs depend on the item and will be calculated at checkout.
We offer FREE local pick-up if you live in Ontario (for jewelry and art items only). Choose this option at checkout and contact us to arrange a pick-up date and time.
For all jewelry and art, once your order has been processed and the payment has been recieved, your items will be shipped within 2-3 business days and you will be notified.
Made to order items, such as clothing, will be shipped directly from our supplier and shipping times will be indicated in the product description.
Please note that international recipients are responsible for duties and taxes upon delivery. This also applies to items that are made to order since our suppliers are shipping from either North America or Europe.
Due to COVID-19, expect some delays.
Terms & Policies:
Due to the handmade nature of most of our items, there will be slight variations in form but this does not affect the overall quality of the work.
All sales are final.
In the case that your order is damaged upon arrival or your made to order item has a manufacturer's defect, please contact us and we'll see what we can do.
If a return or exchange has to be made, it's at the customer's own expense. We do not refund shipping costs from the original purchase and we are not responsible for any items that are lost during its journey to you.
